Jazzercise is a 60-minute group fitness class combining cardio, strength and stretch moves for a total body workout. The dance exercise program blends jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga and kickboxing into one fun & effective workout! The in-class soundtrack includes a wide variety of today's best music to keep you motivated and distract you from the burn. There is no dance experience

necessary, as our certified instructors make all the routines fun and easy-to-follow. In every class, you can expect a warm-up, an aerobic workout, a muscle toning & strengthening segment (using weights or resistance equipment) and a stretch to get you out the door. Everything you need for class is provided, but feel free to bring your own weights if you have some, and always come with supportive workout shoes and water! Jazzercise San Ramon is conveniently located on San Ramon Valley Blvd, just south of Norris Canyon Blvd. We are a Premier Fitness Center offering 41 weekly classes at times that will work with any schedule. Our 15 certified Jazzercise Instructors are fitness professionals who will help you reach your fitness goals. Our center boasts a beautiful hardwood dance floor, changing room, weights, resistance tubes, mats, and stability balls.
