🏆SCHOLAR ATHLETE AWARD PROGRAM
We Are Looking for 100% Participation!
We will honor all the T-Bird Football Players, Cheerleaders & Jr. Coaches in our program who qualify for a Scholar Athlete Award at the End of the Season Awards Ceremony
*DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 12th
**The end of the First Quarter was Friday, October 15th for SRVUSD. Your athlete's school may be slightly different with their dates but most schools will have the first quarter grades available around this time. In order to recognize the achievements of our athletes at the end of the T-Bird Season, please see below how your T-Bird can qualify for a Scholar Athlete Award.
***We will have 3 levels this year for our Award Recipients:
Platinum - 4.0 GPA
Gold - 3.5 GPA
Silver - 3.0 GPA
⭐️If your student is in Elementary School: A short email from their teacher identifying your student from their 4 Point Rubric (which most elementary schools use) as either Platinum (4.0 equivalent), Gold (3.5 and above equivalent) or Silver (3.0 and above or equivalent) from their perspective is acceptable. It can be sent to you and forwarded to me or sent directly to [email protected]. PLEASE make sure they identify your athlete from the 3 levels above.
⭐️All Middle School Athletes Parents: Please log into your Infinite Campus Portal (if you are a SRVUSD Student) at https://srvusd.infinitecampus.org/ and send a screenshot of the first quarter grades (MUST HAVE GPA ON BOTTOM) (print or screenshot your grades from Infinite Campus for SRVUSD schools, if from another school in area, we will need first quarter grades with GPA from your school’s system) OR request a letter from the school stating what your GPA is after the First Quarter 2021.
