2020 goal: get in more sessions and collars with others.
Long Over due, but finally able to get a lift in with this blast from the past.

and I met YEARS ago training . Both coming from some very humble beginnings; we both made the gym a second home.

It’s not every day you find people with the same attitude and never settle mentality as as I have for the gym and self development, and this kids got it.

Thanks for the killer session bother. Been far too long but we haven’t skipped a beat.

First of many 2020 preworkout meals going down!

One of my goals in 2020 is to show a bit more insight into my diet and the hidden Gems that change the scope of what “dieting” and living a healthy lifestyle is and one of those products in right here.

Hope to share this with as many of you as possible 💢💢🔥🔥🥜

You’ll go bananas for this nut butter .......... (see what I did there, bananas 🍌........ nut butter🥜.....)

Pre-workout meal:
- Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop of protein
- 1 banana
- 1 Serv of aka

Now it’s time to crush a workout and officially kick off the decade 💪🏽💢

💢💢Couldn’t think of a better day to post this than the last of the DECADE!! 💢💢

2019- theres been a lot that’s happened. Ups, down and everything in between. A lot of goals set for many people, a lot of competition. A lot of 4 week contest, 6 week contests, 8 week contest, but what if you committed to something for 52 weeks.

What if for an entire year you did not let off the gas, what if you didn’t stop where you left off? Where would you be now?

This applies to much more than fitness but for what this post is; Fitness and health is not a linear process. It isn’t fat to skinny, it isn’t as easy as unhealthy to healthy. It isn’t just where you are now and waking up where you want to be.

It’s trails. It’s consistency and most importantly; it’s hard fu***ng work. Learning your body, learning what works for you, learning what you respond to. Adapting to what’s going on in the world around you and never letting that get in your way.

This wasn’t just a one year process. It’s taken me years to get to this point; the highs, the lows, the roller coaster self belief and self doubt. But consistently working towards where you want to be will always lead you a step closer as time goes on.

Life gets tough. Money gets tight, you lose people around you, you lose your job, something tragic or unexpected happens or you’re just tired at the end of the day. My one take away:

Don’t ever fu***ng give up on yourself. NO MATTER WHAT.

I’m fortunate enough to have the love and support from so many of you, from the comments to the message that you may think is just a throw away I take to heart and can’t thank you all enough. Through the hard time and growth thank you everyone who continues to support me with ever opportunity you get.

as a friend and coach for the last 3/4 of the year. You’ve taught me things that 4 years of college health and nutrition couldn’t scratch the surface on. Don’t know where to start and where to end so for now I just say thank you.

2019 is just about a wrap. My question for you all: where will you be a year from today?

Year end video being posted up tomorrow. So last follow up vid here, brings us to about 6 month into 2019. 6 months of sticking to what we set out to do.

To this day, we’re still working.

The worst person you can ever let down, is yourself.

Don’t ever lie to yourself, don’t give up on yourself and Stay focused.

One of the best hardcore gym sessions of 2019 was definitely hitting down in Texas earlier this year. Wasn’t the Plano or Arlington location but still a solid gym with like minded individuals.

Hopefully I can get off my list of gyms to Visit in 2020!

This was about 2 months into this year, focused on the same goals and working towards the best me possible.

2020 will be no different.

Never satisfied.
