We are excited to welcome Coach Crawford to the Madison County Baseball coaching staff!

Coach Crawford brings an impressive background as both a player and coach. During his time at Oconee County High School, he was a 1st Team All-Region selection his sophomore, junior, and senior years and was named the Athens Banner-Herald Player of the Year.

He went on to pitch at Clemson University from 2016–2019, where he competed as a right-handed pitcher. In 2019, he was drafted by the San Francisco Giants and later pitched in the Cincinnati Reds organization, making his way to their AAA affiliate.

Now, he’s bringing that experience home to Madison County.
“Coach Crawford is a great addition to our staff, and we are excited to have him on board. He is data-driven and falls right in line with our central focus of player development. He will do a great job building a pitching staff we can rely on.”

We’re excited to have Coach Crawford helping develop the next generation of Red Raider baseball players.

We will not be hosting a Red Raider Advanced Camp this week. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and hope they can enjoy the last few days of summer!

We had a great time at our Summer Camp earlier this month and appreciate everyone's support of our baseball program. We look forward to seeing everyone again this fall and at future camps!

⚾️ That’s a wrap on another great Madison County Baseball Youth Summer Camp!

A huge thank you to all of the players and families who joined us this week. We loved seeing so many young athletes come out, learn new skills, build confidence, and share their love for the game.

We can’t wait to see everyone back on the field next year! Until then… keep practicing, keep playing, and keep having fun!
