Luke and Andrew crushed it at the Hyrox DC doubles! It's a really solid PR for both of them and so close to sub 60! ⚡️💪
What a fun and packed event overall! It's so inspiring to see so many people of all fitness levels come out and put in some serious wrok!

Lots of soldiers in the US Army lean heavily toward either strength training or endurance training. We think there is a 3rd and better option.
