Announcing a new class!
Align It Up is a dance based class that teaches postural alignment and its application. For movement to be effective, it needs to be performed in proper alignment. The class involves jazz dance basics with abdominal engagement exercises. My background includes a degree in Exercise Science and years of teaching dance and exercise. I have practiced and researched the principles I teach.

Several class venues are being pursued. If you would like more information or have a venue and want to try the experience, please contact me.
