Matinence... A must in life.. As your driving down the road in your car, warning signs begin to pop up.
Identify the problem? Fix it? Well your body is like a car. It has many warning signs, it talks to us, and it
also requires matinence. Just like your car. Question is do you take care of yourself as good as you do a materialistic vehicle? Or do you continously put everything else before you? Our bodies are top notch amazing machines. Just like any other machine without proper matinence, the body will deteriate.
We have an opportunity to take matinence to a whole new level. Look at it this way, we can each buy the same exact car. One of us takes matinence serious and the other one doesn't. Both cars are headed down a journey, and it is just a matter of time before we face a moment we need to fix it up.
Fast forward 10 years. The car with good matinence is running great, minor little hiccups and maybe a few cosmetic blemishes. The car with no matinence is now beat down, chugging, warning signs all over the place, dents and dings, problems left and right.
Now, here is the thing both cars will eventually die,
however, the quality of life is what we are truly looking at. The life of the matinenced car is more
fulfilled and it experienced a better adventure on the road of life, yet the other car still lived through the same road, it ultimatley had a worse experience due to a lack of matience. So, now take that into yourcar of flesh. How are you matinecing your vehicle? Are you in need of a tune up? Maybe a new paint job? Possibly just a tune up could shift your lane in life.
Healthy habits create better days. The body talks
and meditation helps.
It truly all comes down to balance in life. Learning to leave behind what does not serve you.
Water water water water.. It is a must.. Water should take up atleast 80% of what your daily fluid intake is.Soda and other sugary drinks is not going to keep your pipes clean. Good food.. Fast food is not a diet one should take on daily. Eating cleaner and living by an 80% and 20% rule is super helpful..
Alchoho| can really be a problemn if not controlled and minimal in your week. Partying is fun in a small % of your life.
Exercise is a must. One has to find a groove they love and make it happen. Connecting with nature is so important. You are part of this Earth. Sitting in a chair, or in a buliding all day is taxing on your healh. It takes your inner happiness down a notch.
Learn to incoprate nature daily in your routine. A good bed time routine and sleep habits. Learn to wind down and relax in the evening The quality of your life is in your hands.
In America, we are becoming more and more unhealthy as a soceity. We have to look at
what is going on internally and insetead of taking tons of pills and hopping from one diagnosis to
another. We have to heal our emotions, be intuned with ourselves, treat ourselves better than our car,
and create a lifestyle to get us there. It doesn't happen over night, but it truly possible. Look at your car today and decided if you matter too? The choice is yours...
