TIME CHANGE: Due to weather, we’re pushing our meet-up/flotilla back by an hour to 3pm. Look for folks on the north side of the lake... and bring an ark if you have one. 😉

We hope you’re all looking forward to the upcoming Fourth of July weekend! Just a reminder, this year, we're trying something new--We are having a meetup/flotilla instead of the boat parade (as voted unanimously at the Lake Association meeting).

The meetup will take place on the north end of the lake from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Saturday 7/5 (weather permitting).

It should go without saying, but we're saying it anyway:
This is a family-friendly event, and the expectation is that everyone conducts themselves safely and appropriately.

***Lake Safety This Weekend***
As we head into the busiest weekend on the lake, a quick safety reminder:

Boaters who are anchoring or just floating in the lake, please stay near the edges and avoid the middle area. This helps keep the center of the lake clear for water skiers and tubers to enjoy safely.

Severe weather is possible for Thursday afternoon into the evening, especially across northwest Wisconsin. All hazards are possible, with winds and hail being the primary hazards. Plan for a way to take shelter if doing outdoor recreational activities.
