🍌BANANA & CINNAMON CAKE
Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal flour
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 bananas (the ripper, the better!)
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp honey
1 tsp banana xtract
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup granola

Directions:
Preheat the oven at 355. In a blender, put in the bananas, oil, eggs, cinnamon, xtract, honey and flour. Blend it until smooth. In a large bowl, put the nuts and baking powder, pour in the blender mixture and stir well. Pour it into a nonstick tube baking pan, top it with the granola and bake it for 30-35min. Let it cool completely before transferring to a plate. Enjoy🍴
