Part A is split however, switching as often as you want. Part B is combined max lifts in the 5:00 window. If you finish part A before 10:00, you rest until 10:00. If you don’t finish Part A, your score will be 10:00 + reps remaining and you will continue on to Part B.

What a day! We had a blast watching you all throw down at our Masters of the Universe competition. Thank you all for coming out and giving your best efforts despite Mother Nature being the real WOD 1…We’ll be back later this year with another competition to get excited about. Congratulations to all the podium athletes, especially the guy who snatched 1st place with his first ever bar muscle up at the buzzer!
