Pilates didn’t come into Brooklyn’s life as just a workout—it completely shifted the way she exists in her body. It challenged her, grounded her, and ultimately rebuilt her—stronger, more aware, and deeply connected. Healing, but not soft about it.

Her classes are rooted in strength + mobility, focusing on slow, controlled, intentional movement that burns and actually changes how you move. Expect muscle shakes, deep work, and that quiet kind of confidence that hits when you realize what your body is capable of.

OUR BIGGEST EVENT OF THE YEAR 🩷💜

GYM VALENTINES EVENT
Join us for a night of Pilates, Drinks, wellness/beauty treatments, coffee, & shopping with local businesses!

Our event is Saturday, February 7th starting at **3pm**! The lovely and amazing .rhiana will be guiding us through an invigorating pilates session and then we’ll have some fun shopping, taking photos, and getting beauty/wellness treatments! IV’s, tox, hydra facial, massage, Coffee, blowouts & curls, fresh sourdough, permanent & custom jewelry, DIY crafts, and more!

This event is co-ed so everyone is welcome- in or out of the gym! The more the merrier. Spots are limited though so get yourself reserved asap!

A 4-Week Pre & Post-Natal Strength Program at Live Well

Your body is doing (or has done) something incredible — now it’s time to care for it with intention.

The Pre & Post-Natal Edit is a small-group strength and movement program designed to support you through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, while gently guiding you into sustainable strength.

This is not about “bouncing back.”
It’s about building (and rebuilding) from the inside out — safely, thoughtfully, and with support.

This program is led by Coach Meghan, a certified pre- & post-natal coach with extensive experience supporting expecting and postpartum bodies through strength and movement.

Meghan’s approach is calm, informed, and deeply intentional — blending strength, mobility, and core-focused work to help you feel supported, capable, and confident as your body changes. Every class is guided with education, thoughtful progressions, and space to honor where you’re at on any given day.

WHAT TO EXPECT
✔️ Core & pelvic-floor–informed movement
✔️ Strength + mobility tailored for pregnancy & postpartum bodies
✔️ Small, nurturing group environment
✔️ Intake questionnaire to meet you where you are
✔️ Pre-crawling babies welcome (postpartum participants)

This 4-week series includes 2 sessions per week (8 total classes) and is open to:
• Expecting moms with medical clearance
• Postpartum moms 6+ weeks with medical clearance
