🇺🇸 Memorial Day – We Remember 🇺🇸

Today, the Damascus Cougars Football family honors and remembers the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Their courage, service, and dedication gave us the freedoms we enjoy every day — including the opportunity to come together as a community through sports, family, and teamwork.

As we spend time with loved ones this Memorial Day, we also pause to reflect on those who are no longer with us and the families who continue to carry their legacy forward.

From all of us at Damascus Cougars Football — thank you to our fallen heroes, our military families, and all who have served.

🏈 Football Skills & Drills Summer Sessions start in ONE WEEK!

Get ready for the fall season with DSA Football. These co-ed summer sessions focus on fundamentals, skill development, teamwork, and confidence-building in a fun and positive environment led by experienced DSA coaches.

✅ No contact
✅ Open to all athletes ages 5–13
✅ Players do NOT need to be registered for the fall season to participate

Coaches and I are happy to announce the Summer OTA & PCS (Play Concepts Sessions). OTA sessions will focus on speed, agility, and strength as in years past. The new PCS sessions will be a huge part of our offseason development. These sessions are where we build football IQ, communication, timing, and ex*****on as a team. This is more than conditioning — it’s learning how to play fast, think fast, and work together.

Every rep matters. Be there. Bring energy. Keep building.
