‼️‼️ all volleyball open gyms CANCELLED this week and will resume as normally scheduled tryouts on Monday, August 2nd from 8am-11am for all 7-12th graders interested.‼️

‼️The first official day of Volleyball tryouts is August 2nd starting at 8-11AM. We will be having voluntary workouts from 9-11AM this week on Tuesday the 27th, Thursday the 29th, and Friday the 30th!‼️

Hi everyone! Long time, no see!

We are looking to begin workouts and open gyms within the next couple days. This being said, anyone who is interested in playing volleyball this year, needs to be added into the GroupMe. THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE TO PLAY, but if you or anyone you know may be interested in playing, shoot us a message and we will get you the information you need!

Also, free physicals will NOT be offered through the county this year and you will need to have one completed ASAP. If you need help finding somewhere to get one done, please let us know!

It’s HOMECOMING WEEK and we also open up district play! Come support the Lady Cavs this week on:

Tuesday at Chilhowie for Volley for the Cure game and wear PINK! JV at 6:00 and Varsity at 7:00.

Thursday at home vs. Rural Retreat. Varsity at 5:00 and JV at 6:00 followed by the Homecoming parade and pep rally at the gazebo in Damascus!
