We offer world class strength and conditioning workouts in a fun, group training environment. Each class is an hour long, and one of our highly qualified coaches guides each of our members through the workout as we perform different movements and lifts.

Get to know more about his fitness journey below:

*What made you decide to join Strength Camp SF, and what drew you to our gym?  
- I tried to get back to working out, but it was hard for me to stay consistent and motivated. And that’s what brought me to SCSF, I was looking for motivation and it was also nice that it’s walking distance.

*What were you hoping to achieve or change in your life when you first joined?
- My main goal was getting back to living an active & healthy lifestyle. 

*Before starting at Strength Camp SF, what were your top three fitness goals?
1. Workout 3-4 times a week
2. Lose some weight
3. Run a sub-4 marathon

*Since joining, what achievements are you most proud of, and why do they matter to you?
- I’ve never really tested my strength before, so finding out how heavy I can lift. It shows that when you put in the work you can expect results.

*What compliments or positive feedback have you received since joining Strength Camp SF?
- I get asked “Did you lose weight?” Not really a compliment but it shows that people notice change.

*What has been the biggest challenge you’ve faced in your journey?
- Overcoming laziness, it was easy to put off exercising or convince myself that I’ll do it tomorrow.

*What’s your favorite thing about Strength Camp SF, and what makes it stand out from other gyms?
- My favorite thing would be the coaches. They are all very knowledgeable and nice, but they also push you to do your best. SFSC stands out because in 1 hour you can get a really good workout. No searching for weights or trying to figure out want to do next. They have everything planned.

*Is there anything you would change or improve about Strength Camp SF to make the experience better for you?
- Maybe more weekend class times.

*Who do you think would benefit most from joining Strength Camp SF, and why?
- Everyone. If you got 1 hour and want to get fit and build muscle, this is the place. All the movements are simple and straight forward.

*What does “growing stronger” mean to you? 
- Growing stronger to me not only means building physical strength, but also building mental, social and spiritual strength.
