“Are all Bikram Yoga classes heated?”
One of our most asked questions, and yes, they are. 🔥

At all Hot Yoga Plus studio locations, our 26&2 Bikram classes are practiced in a room heated to a minimum of 105°F with around 40% humidity.

The heat is intentional and designed to support the practice by:
🌿 Warming the muscles for deeper stretching
🌿 Supporting circulation and cardiovascular endurance
🌿 Encouraging detoxification through sweat
🌿 Helping the body move more efficiently during class
🌿 Improving flexibility, strength, and mobility over time

If it’s your first heated class, expect to sweat - a lot. Stay hydrated, take breaks when needed, and give your body time to adjust.
