Thank you for everyone who attended today’s pop up Zumba class with instructor we appreciate showing her so much love & support. Thank you for your patience today with the technical difficulties & proud to announce there will be more of these classes in the future. Be on the look out for the next one! Come join us for so fun dancing and lots of sweating.

Heads up, tomorrow 5/19 Tuesday, 5:45PM & 7PM classes will be impacted due to Fire Protection Inc. will be conducting a fire sprinkler shut down starting at 6pm. Water from tenants on 30 Hill street will be shut down meaning flowater, faucets, & toilet will be out of commission for the duration of that time so plan accordingly. Be sure to pack a water bottle for tomorrow’s class. Estimated shut down is 8 hours. Sorry for thenincovienfe and thank you for your understanding.

Saturday HYROX training was a barn burner today! Way to show up and put in that work. Extremely proud how locked in everyone was & seeing that push out of your comfort zones. Get comfortable being uncomfortable. Keep rising to the challenges.
