This challenge is designed for beginner to intermediate levels of health and fitness.

A small group will team up to work on 🏗️BUILDING
🙆‍♂️mobility
💪strength-endurance
🥊 conditioning

As well as
✅Nutrition, ✅Recovery, and ✅Resilience.

This includes a fully customized
🍽️meal plan and🏋️‍♀️In app workout program(optional)

Just 1 day a week for 13 weeks, it’s that easy.😌

True Change👏

It works both ways➡️⬅️

Behaviors influence identity and identity impacts behaviors.

When both are aligned life seems to “flow” and when they aren’t things get “sticky”.

How we see ourselves can change the actions we take and those actions can shape the view of ourselves.🤔

Had a great convo with a client yesterday which reinforced an idea that shows itself to be true to myself. 🤔
Often an answer is so simple we don’t believe the action will result in progress.💡

Example: Eat slow by taking breaks between bites and/or chew 30+ times before swallowing.

I may not lose the weight/fat over night but over months/years not only will I see results but will become more mindful of the food I eat; and even the deeper causes of why I am making such choices. 👏

Had a healthy convo with a client about crucial conversations this morning. The concept of getting better at talking to others has always fascinated me.

The rule I been taught is to not be a doormat OR a douchbag when talking to others and the question that came to mind was “what about the convos I have with myself?” 🤔

Everything but the 🥯bagel 🍗chicken tenders and 🍉Watermelon 🥗Salad.

Filling and refreshing.

1. Bread the tenders (lightly flour then lightly dip in egg then roll in everything seasoning.

2. 1-2 palms of Air fried or baked tenders. Air Fry at 400° for 10-15 minutes or bake at 425° for 20-25 minutes. These are air fried.

3. 1-2 fist of Chopped salad mix.
4. 1 fist Chopped Watermelon
5.1-2 thumbs of feta
6. Mix watermelon and feta with salad.

7. Dice a lime and squeeze one half on salad.

8. Plate and enjoy.
