Working with Reggie Scott, for a year, has brought real and lasting change to both my leadership and my life.

One of my first breakthroughs was surprisingly simple, getting a handle on my overflowing email inbox. It may seem small, but that single step created more space, order, and peace of mind than I expected.

Beyond that, Reggie’s coaching has helped me grow in how I communicate with my team, lead meetings with direction and purpose, and carry myself with greater assurance as a business owner and leader.

Once a quarter our teams across multiple campuses come together to have fun, eat, and connect with each other.

It’s always a great time to see people you don’t see every week because they’re working & serving at different campuses.

These quarterly meetings allows us to welcome new members, celebrate current members, thank former members, cast vision, laugh together, and so much more.

More importantly, it allows us to reset and make sure we’re staying focused on our mission — Pointing People To Jesus.

Bonus note: We are BLESSED that every-single-person approaches their responsibilities with humility.
