HOW MUCH WEIGHT IS SAFE TO LOSE IN A MONTH?

Weight loss depends on different factors, like age, gender, physical activity level and the effects of certain medications, so everyone goes at their own pace. A good rule of thumb is to aim to lose 1–2 pounds per week or 4–8 pounds per month. That’s about 5–10% of your body weight.

Marcello Quinn has joined our CrossFit 1108 staff and will be offering personal training.

Marcello is a NCSF certified personal trainer and NESTA certified metabolic trainer. He meets with clients before they begin to get a better understanding of their goals (like losing weight or gaining muscle mass). Marcello works with a single client or a small group, of different ages and fitness levels. He will design a program to help each client reach their unique health and fitness goals, teach proper technique.
