At Tiki Taka Futbol Academy, pickup soccer is one of the most valuable parts of player development.

Tonight was a perfect example—rain didn’t stop anything. Players showed up and got to work in wet, challenging conditions that forced quick thinking, adaptability, and toughness.

Boys and girls from different ages mixed together, playing freely, solving problems, and learning the game without structure getting in the way. A few parents even jumped in, adding to the energy and culture.

These moments matter. Pickup soccer builds confidence, creativity, and real-game awareness that can’t be replicated in a structured session.

Rain or shine, the work continues.

Introducing Coach Zach Perry

As we continue assembling a top-level coaching staff for our inaugural season, we’re excited to welcome Zach Perry to Tiki Taka Futbol Academy.

Coach Zach brings experience from some of the highest levels of youth, collegiate, and professional soccer in the United States. His playing journey provides valuable insight for our players as they pursue their own development and goals within the game.

Introducing Coach Ashlyn Clements

As Tiki Taka Futbol Academy prepares for our inaugural season, we are excited to announce Ashlyn Clements as the head coach of our girls program and goalkeeper development coach.

Coach Ashlyn brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience that will help establish the standard for our girls teams from day one.

⚽ Played for North Georgia United Women’s Semi-Professional Team
⚽ Head Coach of the Valley Point Middle School Girls Soccer Team for 8 years
⚽ Former Goalkeeper Coach for North Georgia United’s Men’s Semi-Professional Team
⚽ Extensive experience providing goalkeeper training and player development throughout our community

Coach Ashlyn believes soccer is about much more than wins and losses. Her mission is to help players develop as athletes, teammates, leaders, and people while creating opportunities for them to reach the next level of the game.

“My goal as a coach is to bring our community together, help players grow in every aspect of their lives and the game, and to provide opportunities for young players to play at the next level.”

As we launch our first season, we couldn’t ask for a better leader to help build our girls program. Her passion for player development, commitment to the community, and love for the game make her a perfect fit for the culture we are creating at Tiki Taka Futbol Academy.
