We are LIT! We are a family friendly facility. We are a place you can send your spouse, kids or grandparents to without the fear of them seeing someone’s cheeks or areolas. Because fitness should be about fitness and not how little your outfit is.

In today’s world, it is very hard to say something without offending someone, so we are just going to say it….

We are starting a new group fitness class for all of our plus size ladies. Sooo, if identify as pleasantly plump, lil Miss Too Thickems, Chubby Queen or thicker than 3 day old oatmeal, . We got you!

6pm Monday & Wednesday
$350.00 paid in advance for the whole 12 week program.

Nobody staring, nobody judging, no skinny trainers in their sports bra and un**es. Only 12 spots open. When those fill, we will pick another time slot!
