We are so excited to welcome Coach Mac to Southeast and can’t wait to see the leadership and knowledge he brings to our boys program! Go Raiders!!⚔️🏀

Welcome to Raider Nation, Coach Mac!

Southeast is proud to announce Nico McElrath as our new boys basketball coach, pending board approval.

Fondly known as Coach Mac, he joins us after four successful years at Christian Heritage School in Dalton, where he served in multiple coaching roles including basketball, baseball, and softball. As Varsity Assistant Basketball Coach, his team earned two Region Championships, three Sweet Sixteen appearances, one Elite Eight appearance, and an impressive overall record of 92–15.

Coach Mac began his coaching career at Calvary Christian School in Chattanooga before becoming the Varsity Head Coach at Mountain View Christian Academy in Alabama. During his time there, his teams achieved a 75–32 record, won two region championships, and placed 5th and 3rd in the National Association of Christian Athletes national tournament. He also helped develop student-athletes who advanced to play at the collegiate level.

Coach Mac is known for his energy, passion, and commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the court. His vision for Southeast centers on Toughness, Discipline, and Togetherness, building a program that develops strong competitors and even stronger leaders.

We are excited for the future of Raider Basketball under Coach Mac’s leadership.

Thank you to Eastside Elementary School for honoring our team and letting us participate in their Viking Rally this morning. We had a great time and enjoyed getting to see a bunch of future raiders ⚔️

Our girls got to go to Antioch Elementary and Eastide Elementary today and help with morning drop off. The girls had so much fun welcoming these future raiders into school and are already asking when they can do it again 🖤
