FitRanX is a comprehensive and standardized ranking system used for gauging individuals’ fitness levels. This is a REA

L ranking system that took years to develop and perfect. Up Lift: Self motivated weight lifting and strength training (free time). Little Grasshopper Grapple: a mixture of grappling combatives (self defense), wrestling and grappling basics for children. Little Grasshopper Jump: Fun exercises that focus on the child's agility, strength and hand eye coordination. Little Grasshopper Strike: Basic striking skills suited to advance by age and ability. Grappling Essentials: a mixture of grappling combatives (self defense), wrestling and grappling basics. Advanced Grappling: a mixture of Jui Jitsu, Judo, Sambo, Catch Wrestling and Other forms of Submission Grappling. Striking Basics: Boxing and similar striking basics. Advanced Striking: A mixture of Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing and other forms of striking. MMA Classes: a mixture of grappling and striking for competition. Classes are a bit more competitive in nature and require more enduring physical activity. Competition Team: Competitors only. Invitation only classes and may require testing prior to admission.

Ok. We went 5-1 tonight with two new champions. Two fights didn't go how we would have liked. We won the main event, but won by disqualification. Then the one we "lost" we forfeited because they stopped the fight because there was a riot going on in the crowd that lasted quite some time. I did not feel comfortable letting the fighter continue after the fight having started then stalled for so long because the crowd was rioting. Very unfortunate that I had to make that call instead of the officials making that call.

Lil Nalo 145 championship won by disqualification. We expected to submit the guy but he got disqualified instead. Good fight while it lasted.

A quick heads up for anybody going to the fights or ordering the pay-per-view. Dunlap Tennessee is on Central Time. We have six fighters on the card from the beginning of the card to the end of the card. So in order to watch your particular fighter make sure you order the pay-per-view early or get to the venue early. Thank you for your support.
