Thurs 5:15p-6:00p
Sat 9:30a-10:30a

Classes will focus on technique as well as strength, conditioning, flexibility, physical, mental, and spiritual fitness.

Weโ€™re so proud of everyone that competed at tournament in Chattanooga this past weekend! James was able to win gold in his division as well as gold in the kids challenger division, Jack had a great showing and got 4th place in the kids challenger division and Stephen won gold in his division. Everyone displayed their skills and hard work on the mats. Well done!
