Registration for our June match opens on Sunday at 7:00pm. This year's matches are sponsored by SAFE Fi****ms Training, LLC. Please support them for supporting us!

Here are the match details:
- Match date: Sunday June 21st (Father's Day)
- 9 stages (including 1 classifier) ~241 rounds
- All USPSA divisions recognized
- The match fee is $25 for adults and free for juniors and those who attend setup on the 19th. Father/child groups will also shoot for free.
- Check-in on match day will be at the rifle pavilion and will open at 7:45 AM and close at 8:30 AM. PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME.
- The match briefing will start around 9:00 AM in the back pits near the big shed. Shooting will start after the briefing and should end by 3:00 PM.
- Setup will be Friday June 19th starting at 8:00 AM (an hour earlier than our normal start because of a Girl Scout event at the club).

As a thank you for their dedication to USPSA, we are offering early registration to all USPSA and SCSA level 1 Match Directors, and Section Coordinators. Please contact us via PM, email, text, carrier pigeon, smoke signals, etc. to receive an early registration code.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Check-in on match day starts at 7:45AM and ends at 8:30AM. Please note this time and plan your trip to the range accordingly. Late arrivers delay the match for everyone and risk being waitlisted in the future.
2. You must be approved in Practiscore in order to shoot the match. WE DO NOT ACCEPT WALK-ONS on the day of the match. Please do not show up on Sunday if you have not received an approval email.
3. Everyone who registers on Sunday will be waitlisted initially, so don't panic. We handle registration this way to avoid a Practiscore glitch.
4. If you sign up for a category, please be prepared at check-in to provide appropriate documentation for your category. See Appendix A2 of the USPSA rules.

Age restrictions — Level One Seminars Juniors under the age of 13 may audit the seminar at no cost, space permitting, but cannot gain certification. Juniors between 13 and 18 may attend and become certified, provided:

Thanks everyone for coming out today. Corrected results are posted. The initial scores were corrupted for stages 6 & 7 because I created a stage numbering issue (which was easily fixed once I got home).

Once the scores for stages 6 & 7 were posted, a competitor contacted me because he had a miss on the classifier, but it was entered into the tablet as a Charlie. I asked the RO if he could confirm the error, but he couldn't remember. The competitor then sent me his video, which clearly showed the Mike being called and confirmed...simply a fat-finger error. Considering some of the nonsense the Board has seen recently, I really applaud this type of honestly and integrity. We need more people who want their correct score, nothing more, nothing less.

This is why we now ask the tablet RO to go over the entire scoreline with competitors before having the competitor hit the Approve button. "OK Russell, 18 Alpha, 5 Charlie, 5 Delta, 4 Mikes, 4 No-shoots." Data entry errors are much easier to fix when they happen, as opposed to 8 hours later.

Our next match is June 21st, Father's Day. Registration opens June 14th at 7:00PM.

The May match is on the ground thanks to the efforts of our awesome (and huge) setup crew. 24 volunteers showed up today, one short of our record.

We also had a special guest make an appearance. Doug Ports, who suffered a cardiac arrest at our April setup, stopped by to say hi and try to get me to sign his hours card for the April setup. Unfortunately, because his cardiac arrest happened before he put in 4 hours that day, we had to deny his request!😱😁

Doug was in good spirits today even after our little Doug Roast at lunch. We are so happy he's doing well enough to stop by the range today.

The match is full and Neil and I have been working on the weather for Sunday and so far it looks perfect.☀️☀️☀️🌤️☀️☀️. If you are in the match and can't make it, please let us know ASAP...there are like 50 people on the waitlist.

73 dummies, I mean, brave hearty souls, showed up and stuck around for the first rainy match we've had in many years. Our first two matches in 2019 were both wet affairs (and holidays...Easter and Mother's Day), but we haven't had many since.

Thanks Ed for handling things and Queen Bea for helping out...while I was off playing in the much lighter rain at the Delmarva Section Championship.

Pray for better weather next month!
