Our kids Muay Thai and Boxing program is continuing to grow!
This class is perfect for beginners and a great way to introduce your little ones to the world of martial arts. Our experienced instructors will guide them through a fun and engaging workout that will help them develop discipline, coordination, and self-confidence.
Bring your children in to try out their first class for free!
Classes are Tuesdays (5:30pm), Thursdays (5:30pm), and Saturday mornings (10:00am)

Big shoutout to .owings.mills for having us down today to participate in the Spar-A-Thon. It was a great display of different gyms coming together and mixing it up. All the fighters showed an amazing amount of respect and professionalism working with each other.

Coach and .pg put in a solid 2 hours of work and left pretty exhausted! Looking forward to more of these collaboration events in the future 🥊🥊
