Joe's (Joseph Fay) memorial will be tomorrow 3/3 at 1:00 pm at HPUMC Cox chapel.

Dr. Joe will be missed terribly. Spike was his trainer and Spike passed away the same month 2 years prior, (2/12/2020). They had trained together for 15 years! Joe was one of our first clients way back in 2005 so this is difficult for us and many of our members. We are very sad to post that a dear friend and member of our gym, Joseph (Joe) Fay passed away over the weekend. When we get more information we will post it here.

We are currently experiencing some electrical issues. The HVAC units aren't working nor are the treadmills. The fans, lights and other things are working, it's hit or miss. There are also others in the shopping center having similar issues so we think it may have been a lightning strike. We will post more updates as we have them.

That being said, we are OPEN.

Getting ready for our reopening on Monday 5/18!

Preparing for our opening on May 18th! We will be sanitized and ready to go. Bring your gloves and masks if you have them. They will be required. We will have a limited supply available if you forget. Any extra hand sanitizer will be appreciated if you have some. We will be providing another update prior to opening with more detailed information. Can't wait to see everyone again!

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and having to close our doors until at least April 30 we decided to pause everyone's membership until at least the end of the month.

Governor Abbott has updated his executive order that requires us to remain closed until at least April 30th. Let's all do our part and continue to practice social distancing so that we can all get back to our normal lives as soon as possible. Thank you!

We will be closing the gym temporarily per the Governor's executive order beginning tomorrow, 3/20/20 11:59 p.m. through 4/3/20 11:59 p.m.

Coronavirus Update: The city of Dallas has announced that gyms (and others) with gatherings of over 50 are required to close by midnight tonight. We WILL REMAIN OPEN but will ensure that no more than 50 will be in the gym at one time. We will continue to require all trainers to wipe down equipment after each use for your safety. Additionally we sanitized and cleaned the gym yesterday.
