My name is Tommy Brown.

I have Bachelor of Science degrees in both Therapeutic Recreation, and Nursing from Southern University where I played football for 3 years. I've acquired over 13 years of experience working with clients of all ages and fitness levels. My focus of training has been on general fitness, weight-loss, injury prevention, pre/post natal exercise, senior fitness and individuals with sport specific goals.

I am dedicated to the well-being and success of my clients. My ultimate goal is to empower my clients to live a healthy lifestyle. My energy and enthusiasm comes from a deep belief that we all have the power to be who we want, lead the lives we desire, and perform at our peak with the right direction and motivation.
