1. 🐮 What’s even better than finding THE most delicious, high-protein organic skyr yogurt made by a women-owned dairy farmer?  Finding the cute coloring page on the inside of their label ~ thick enough for watercolors! (going straight into my Creative Oasis Moment journal)

I’m not a paid affiliate or anything. I just truly adore this company’s product and their mission!   10 out of 10 recommend

2 ~ 🐝The pollen is off the charts but the weather has been so lovely ~ allergies be damned ~ I’m leaving my windows open while I can!   (Too soon we’ll be shuttling from one frigid air-conditioned space to another.)

1 - Finally got a fitbit and I’m a tad obsessed.   I’m not competitive with other people - but when I set a goal for myself - watch out! I’m all in.

2 ~ I never would’ve believed it, but your girl’s now a cottage cheese fan.   In my ongoing search for new ways to add protein to my diet I’ve been experimenting with adding it to recipes with surprisingly delicious results.  My two favs so far ~ mixed with a tablespoon or two of tomato paste as a sauce over roasted veggies and turkey meatballs and in a spinach/turkey bacon/egg casserole.

Delish!!!

#2 ~ I’m having so much fun creating teeny, tiny art in the teeny, tiny pages of the teeny, tiny (2’ x 2’) Languo art journal I found in Colorado. (I’ll share pics in my stories.)

#3 ~ Highly recommend the “End of Life Planning” workshop I attended recently led by . (author of Briefly, Perfectly Human)   I have follow up work to finish, but made a great start and felt so supported as I did so by Alua and her amazing team! 💖
