The countdown to Dallas is on and CFLF is here to make sure you’re dialed.

Starting Monday, September 28 through November 18, in addition to our regularly scheduled MAYHEM GYM CrossFit programming, ALL class times on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday will include a Mayhem designed HYROX option.

For HYROX only members, this programming is aimed at getting you race ready and you can join any of those class times until the big show!

We’ve also got some new toys so you have new ways to get fit and get f*cked up!

It’s our job to make sure you’re getting the most out of the time you spend at CFLF. Let us know how it’s going and how we can be better. LFG.
