She has been practicing yoga for over fifteen years and teaching since 2015. Amanda is an E-RYT and YACEP with a mission to bring yoga to those who feel daunted with the idea of beginning and sustaining a yoga practice. She believes yoga is not about touching your toes or standing on your head; it is about nourishing your body with movement, breath, and acceptance. She teaches privately for those
just starting out, healing from physical injury, coping with trauma or tending to mental health, and anyone ready to surrender what should be to live in their unique truth.

" If you're thinking about trying yoga and have apprehensions about going, do yourself a favor and check out Amanda's class. She has had a huge part in the growth I've experienced from starting a yoga practice. You can thank me later! 🙂" -- Corey O. "Amanda is great! She pays close attention to detail and tailors the experience to meet me where I am. Very knowledgeable and comfortable to work with." -- Shena L. "Amanda takes an authentic approach to teaching, using a teaching style all her own. She recognizes how each pose is different in every body and guides students accordingly. A very unique and refreshing experience." -- Marynka M. "As a guy I was a bit hesitant to give yoga and barre a try, but Amanda makes it interesting and challenging. She is attentive and skilled and fun to work with. It might be a while before I feel comfortable joining a bunch of girls in a barre class, but I'm going to keep at this!" -- Kevin J. "Hard to put into words just how much her classes meant to me…she always asked us what we wanted and went from there…moved away and truly miss her!" -- Hazel A. "Amanda’s dream was to become a yoga instructor. This dream became her passion. Amanda is lovely inside and out. She is a wonderful yoga instructor and helps to meet me where I am at in my yoga journey. She has helped me through mind, body, and spirit. She helped me get out of my negative body mindset and love the body that I am in, today ♥️ Amanda has taught me that I am enough and that I owe it to myself to take care of me. She has also helped me to realize that taking a break or resting my body is nothing to be ashamed of. As women we are taught that we are responsible for so much, but we leave ourselves out of that equation. Amanda has helped me learn that it is not selfish to take care of myself. Because if I don’t take care of me I am no good to anyone else. I highly recommend Amanda as a friend, a life coach and yoga instructor. Thank you for all that you have done for me, lovely. ♥️ I am definitely a different person today than when I first started yoga. ♥️" -- Stacy W.
