Hey! 👋Just wanted to give you a heads-up—we’ve got a few Riese & Müller models in stock right now at the shop in Austin and Dallas, and they’re actually on sale. So if you’ve been curious about trying one, this is a good time.

Bikes, Trains & a Day at the Dallas Zoo🦒

Shop owners Mark and Audrey recently made a day trip to the Dallas Zoo from the Electric Avenue shop. 

They rode their Riese & Müller bikes (a Nevo5 Automatic and a Homage Vario HS) straight to the front gate, where the zoo has dedicated bike parking right next to the ticket and membership booth. After a full day of giraffes, hippos, they rolled out, crossed Clarendon, and caught the DART Red Line at the Dallas Zoo stop.

📍 Dallas Zoo has shaded bike parking at the entrance
🚋 Dallas Area Rapid Transit Red Line stops right across the street 
🦛 The hippos and giraffes are unmissable especially during snack time.

NOTE: Sunset Safari Block Party is this Sunday, June 21, from 6:30–10 pm✨

Noah delivers by bike for a living, so when he came in we knew he'd have the inside scoop on some of Austin's best spots. Here’s what he had to say:

🍦 Ice cream → Big Bear near Seaholm
🛤️ Favorite trail → Ann & Roy Butler (well-lit & perfect for evening rides)

Noah rode out on a Gazelle Ultimate T10 and if you're wondering if it can handle some serious miles, let this review from the Gazell site speak for itself:

"Have had the T10 for 2½ years, 14,000+ km on the bike and not an issue. Had to replace the chain once and the front tire… that's all. Excellent quality, well worth the cost. Totally pleased."
