As a member of The Fit CORPS, you will be prepared for the highest degree of physical activity readiness. Fusing together various methods of training philosophies, The Fit CORPS implements a program of multi-functional training, integrated with strength and power training, to develop and enhance athletic performance for the entry level beginner to the extreme athlete.

The Fit Corps Family is fundraising for Dean and Dawn’s medical expenses by putting on a friendly fitness competition! Dawn was diagnosed with Stage 1 breast cancer in March. She will be undergoing surgery on July 19th for a double mastectomy. Let’s help them with their medical bills and send prayers for a speedy recovery!

The fitness fundraiser workout entitled “Raising Hope” will be held on Saturday, August 7th at 9am at The Fit Corps! All fitness levels are welcome. Come show your support for Dawn and her recovery! Link to sign up for fitness competition in bio
