POWER UP FASTPITCH IS YOUR OWN INSTRUCTOR WHO IS INVESTED IN YOUR ATHLETES AND FOCUSED ON MECHANICALLY SOUND FUNDAMENTALS. WITH A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP YOU WILL RECEIVE 3 WEEKLY WORKOUTS, 3-4 FITNESS WORKOUTS, UNLIMITED AMOUNT OF VIDEO ANALYSIS, GAME FOOTAGE ANALYSIS AFTER GAMES, WEEKLY CHECKLIST, AND A VARIETY OF VIDEO DRILL WORK. WE WILL ALSO HAVE A COLLEGE RECRUIT PAGE THAT WE WILL POST AND SEND

AMAZING PROGRESS in just one Month💪

I love Blast because it allows me to check my athletes progress, see who is getting cuts in, and see who is having quality practices.🥎

In one month she has increased her numbers in many of our metrics we have been working-

Development will not begin until you choose to step into onto the side of the mountain. When you make the commitment it starts with winning choices. The process starts with a simple decision to ACT. Your parent or a coach can help you recognize that your effort, or your toughness, or your courage, or your determination, or that your attitude can set you apart, but no one else can step into the mountain but you. No one can give you what CHAMPIONS have– you have to decide to experience it, develop it, and create it on your own. You have to earn it for yourself. You have to deserve it yourself. At first you may have success or you may fail miserably. But by choosing to act, you take a step up on the mountain, and in doing so you start learning, growing, and improving for yourself.

YESTERDAY AND TODAY WE FOCUS ON SWING PLANE!

This is an ellipse around your body

Your vertical bat angle wants to maintain the same angle from launch to contact.

Example= Fidget Spinner

HOW LONG DO WE STAY ON PLANE?
An efficient swing gets on Plane early and stays on plane through contact.
Turn the barrel behind and get in the zone early.

✅This will allow us to barrel up more balls
✅Have higher bat speed
✅More room for error

We often think of EXCELLENCE as surface level talent or something you were born with. Most images that depict the CHAMPIONS experience are NOT SO GLAMOROUS. The humble reality is – the best – working again today on the basics. Unlike most of us, CHAMPIONS understand that excellence is built on the foundation of fundamentals.

1st we RECOGNIZE our gifts
Next comes the long slow journey to DEVELOPING OUR TALENTS. Recognition of our talents is the EASY part, but DEVELOPEMENT REQUIRES HARD WORK AND DEDICATION. And work. And more work. That’s a heftier price, one fewer are willing to pay. It requires some tears, dust, sweat, frustration, hurt, emotions, pain, and maybe even some blood.
