Turning 40 in a few months, but I used to test 100+ biomarkers and found out my biological age is 26.5 🤸🏽‍♀️😂

Honestly, this was one of the most interesting parts of doing the testing. Health looks at things tied to longevity and overall wellness — including heart health, inflammation, hormones, metabolic health, nutrient levels, and more — then uses that data to give deeper insight into how your body is actually functioning internally.

We spend so much time focused on outward appearance, but this reminded me that real health is about what’s happening behind the scenes too.

The part they don’t show you 😭😅

I’m gonna keep it 💯, this little 15 second routine was took me thru dere! 🫠 If you thought people are making it look easy, I’m here to tell you it NOT! 🤣

The hardest part for me was studying the video full speed and trying to understand the moves. And since I’m a perfectionist I watch it over and over to make sure I’m doing it just right! I was so mad I had to stop on the first day to go do something but thankfully the next day I got it done ✅

If yall only knew how much I was praying over my ankles while working on this 🙏🏾😅 lbvs these challenges are fun but you gotta be careful and I definitely don’t have time to deal with an injury 🚫
