My thought process.

I make a class where the standing and the floor series are the same but completely different and I’m making a live of this class, (TODAY AT 3pm) that way it can be recorded for those that want to practice along. my attempts to create clear vocabulary, may or may not allow for folks to only have audio to participate. (Yeah, i need help with the holes)
If you choose to take the live class, it would be most amazing if you purchased the class as if you were coming to see me in private on Natalie’s website.

As a devout thank you for supporting me in my endeavors to educate and motivate you may or may not receive a Passing Notes postcard from me, (I will need your actual physical address to be able) But let’s say the purchase of classes will be rewarded, reciving a small incentive…. Art
