Abby. September 2025 → May 12, 2026.
210 lbs → 130 lbs.
8 months. 80 pounds. One decision that changed everything.
This wasn’t a straight line.
It never is.
There were hard days. Life didn’t pause for her journey. It never does.
But Abby showed up anyway.
And I don’t say this lightly — as her coach, and honestly, as her gym dad — I am proud of this woman in a way that goes beyond the scale.
Because her son is watching.
He sees a mom who decided she was worth fighting for. Who didn’t quit when it got hard. Who proved that the people we love most deserve the best version of us — not someday. Now.
Here’s what I need you to hear, though:
The goal doesn’t stop at the number.
The scale hit 130. That’s real. That’s earned.
But the work? The work doesn’t retire.
Because the woman in that mirror on the right? She doesn’t want to go back to the woman on the left.
Not because she wasn’t worthy then —
But because she knows now what she’s capable of.
Goals don’t finish. They evolve.
You don’t cross the finish line and sit down.
You look up and find the next one.
Abby — I couldn’t be more proud.
Your son is proud.
And now it’s your job to never stop proving to yourself what you already proved to everyone else.
We keep going. 🖤
