5:38am. Hip thrusts. Spotter locked in.

Nobody asked her to lead.

She just decided someone in this house was going to.

This is what happens when the executive is still “too busy” —
the family doesn’t wait.
They just move without you.

The Fears of a Wife content lives here.
The Fear of a Father lives here too.

You built the income. She’s building the body.
At some point that gap becomes a conversation
you’re not ready to have.

The Blueprint exists for the man who’s done
watching from the sideline of his own household.

Everyone else is at the cookout. We’re here. Hammies don’t care what day it is. Not because we’re obsessed.
Not because we skipped the holiday. Because the Minimum Floor doesn’t take days off — it just gets smaller. 20 minutes. One machine. Done. Then we eat. 🥩

She didn’t just lose 80 pounds.
She got her life back.
And if you’re being honest…
that’s what you want too.
Not just a smaller body.
Not just better photos.
Not another “restart on Monday.”
You want to wake up and feel proud of yourself again.
You want energy when your kids ask you to play.
You want to walk past a mirror without immediately looking away.
You want to stop feeling like your health is always sitting at the bottom of the priority list.
Because deep down… you already know the cost of staying the same.
The exhaustion.
The insecurity.
The “I’ll start later” conversations you keep having with yourself.
The watching years go by while you wait to finally feel confident again.
Abby made one decision.
Not a perfect decision.
Not an easy one.
Just one where she finally decided she was worth investing in.
And that changed everything.
The truth is:
The right coaching doesn’t just change your body.
It changes your standards.
Your habits.
Your confidence.
Your identity.
You stop surviving and start becoming someone your family looks up to.
Your future is being built by the choices you keep postponing.
So the question is:
How much longer are you willing to wait before you choose yourself too?
DM me “DAD” if you’re ready to stop starting over and finally build the version of you your family deserves.

In my 20s I just grabbed the heaviest dumbbell and pulled. In my 40s I grab a lighter dumbbell, spend 4 minutes finding the right angle, question every life decision that led to this moment, and then get the best lat pump of my life.
Aging is humbling. Charles Glass is not.

Abby. September 2025 → May 12, 2026.
210 lbs → 130 lbs.
8 months. 80 pounds. One decision that changed everything.
This wasn’t a straight line.
It never is.
There were hard days. Life didn’t pause for her journey. It never does.
But Abby showed up anyway.
And I don’t say this lightly — as her coach, and honestly, as her gym dad — I am proud of this woman in a way that goes beyond the scale.
Because her son is watching.
He sees a mom who decided she was worth fighting for. Who didn’t quit when it got hard. Who proved that the people we love most deserve the best version of us — not someday. Now.

Here’s what I need you to hear, though:
The goal doesn’t stop at the number.
The scale hit 130. That’s real. That’s earned.
But the work? The work doesn’t retire.
Because the woman in that mirror on the right? She doesn’t want to go back to the woman on the left.
Not because she wasn’t worthy then —
But because she knows now what she’s capable of.
Goals don’t finish. They evolve.
You don’t cross the finish line and sit down.
You look up and find the next one.

Abby — I couldn’t be more proud.
Your son is proud.
And now it’s your job to never stop proving to yourself what you already proved to everyone else.
We keep going. 🖤

20 years in and the thing I’m most proud of has nothing to do with macros or metrics.
It’s the people.
The ones who show up broken and leave whole.
The ones who still text me years later.
The ones who made me a Gym Dad without asking permission.
Always the people.

This guy didn’t need more motivation.
He needed a method.
March 3rd — 202 lbs. Soft around the middle. Going through the motions.
May 2nd — 183 lbs. Visible abs. Shoulder-to-waist ratio that turns heads.
The difference wasn’t suffering harder.
It was finally stopping the guesswork.
You already know what it feels like to look in the mirror and not recognize the guy staring back. The one who used to be athletic. Used to be lean. Used to move like he owned the room.
That version of you didn’t disappear.
He just got buried under deadlines, decisions, and a decade of putting everyone else first.
This is what 60 days looks like when you build around your life — not against it.
DM me the word LEAN and I’ll show you exactly what this looked like behind the scenes.

I was born with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis.
My body wasn’t a given. It was a negotiation — every single day.
So I developed a rule early. The only excuse I will ever accept from myself is: I tried and I couldn’t.
Not tired. Not busy. Not a sniffle.
Tried. Couldn’t. Full stop.
Because I know what it actually looks like when your body won’t cooperate. I’ve lived there. And it doesn’t look like skipping because the week was hard.
So when I hear a healthy man — working joints, no chronic inflammation, full range of motion — tell me that life kept getting in the way of his goals, I don’t get frustrated.
I just know the issue isn’t physical.
It’s that nobody ever forced him to define his floor.
My condition did that for me. Took away the option of conditional.
You don’t need arthritis to get there. You just need to decide the excuse has to earn it.
DM me “DAD” and let’s fix the floor.

You don’t have a consistency problem.

You have an honesty problem.

Every person I’ve ever worked with who struggled to get in shape had one thing in common — they were running from something true about themselves.

Not lack of information. Not lack of willpower.

A truth they weren’t ready to face.

“I use food to cope.” “I’ve made my comfort more important than my health.” “I’m scared that if I try my hardest and still fail, I have no excuses left.”

That last one. That’s the real one for most people.

Growth starts the moment you stop negotiating with the mirror.
