Dallas Football Officials Association We are a chapter of the Texas Association of Sport Officials (TASO), which is the governing body over high school and junior high school sports officials.

The Dallas Chapter of TASO is one of the largest chapters of football officials in the state. We are a chapter of the Texas Association of Sport Officials (TASO), which is the governing body over most high school and junior high school sports officials in the state of Texas. They work directly with the University Interscholastic League (UIL), governing body of the public schools in Texas, as well as TAPPS, the governing body of the private schools.

Today is the deadline to have ALL eligibility requirements completed. Please make sure you have:

- Completed your TASO test
- Attended the required rules clinic or TASO State Meeting or TASO online videos.
- Paid your TASO dues
- Paid your DFOA dues
- Completed all other requirements necessary to be eligible

Another successful weekly meeting is behind us and congratulations to Howard Shearer for 40 years of service!

The August 17 deadline is quickly approaching to have all of your membership requirements completed, including dues, educational requirements, and testing. Officials who have not met all requirements by the deadline will be removed from their assigned varsity and sub-varsity games. Please take care of your requirements as soon as possible.
