✨Program Manager Spotlight✨

Happy Thankful Thursday! Today we are proud to recognize our Program Manager at The University of Texas and our Austin region, Robin Vasquez!

Robin has been a valued member of the Stadium People team for over 2 years now. Prior to her full time role with us she worked part-time events since 2014 with Stadium People!

One of Robins favorite parts of her role is working are the people. She loves showing up at events and being able to connect and socialize with her staff on a personal level. She also shares that a great relationship with your client also makes the job more enjoyable and fun!

Outside of work, Robin enjoys spending time with her family and 10 grandchildren. She is thankful to live within an hour of them and is very fortunate to be able to spend time with them all. Them living so close allows her the opportunity to attend school functions or after school performances which she enjoys!

Robin also shares that you never know where your career journey will take you. When she started part-time with Stadium People she thought she was only going to work events for extra money, etc. However, she is now full time on our corporate team and thriving and loving her role so much. Congrats on the growth Robin!

Happy Thankful Thursday! Today we are proud to recognize our Program Manager at The University of South Carolina, Lance Martin.

Lance has been a valued member of the Stadium People team for over 2 years now.

One of Lance’s favorite parts of his role is working with his staff members. He really enjoys being around the staff at events and he is grateful for the great team that he is a part of that makes the event experience so exciting!

Sports/Events have always been a passion of Lances as he played college baseball! He enjoys helping the fans have a positive experience at our events! Seeing them enjoy themselves means that we are doing our part. Having attended the University of South Carolina as a student, Lance takes great pride in our operation and venues. Lance shares that he is very fortunate to be surrounded by great coworkers every day!

Outside of work, Lance enjoys baseball especially with a background in playing collegiate baseball. He is constantly learning new things every day about events outside of the baseball realm and has learned to adapt to high profile events. He never thought he would be in a position running a variety of events for his career however he has enjoyed every moment of his journey so far with Stadium People!

Happy Thankful Thursday! Today we are proud to recognize our Program Manager at TCU, Kyle Jackson.

Kyle has been a valued member of the Stadium People team for over a year. Before joining our corporate team full-time, he worked countless events, gaining firsthand experience that continues to make him an outstanding leader.

One of Kyle's favorite parts of his role is the people. While the events and venues are incredible, the real highlight is the relationships he has built with his staff, clients, and guests. Those connections are what transform a regular game day into something truly special.

Kyle earned his degree in Technology from Texas Tech University. The leadership experience he gained outside the classroom has been invaluable, teaching him how to lead teams, solve problems under pressure, and serve others. These skills have built a strong foundation for his role as a Program Manager with Stadium People.

Outside of work, Kyle is a huge Dallas Stars fan! When he's not cheering on the Stars or attending a game, he enjoys staying active, gaming, and spending time with friends.

Happy Thankful Thursday! Today we are proud to recognize and celebrate Kevin Boateng our Program Manager at Georgia State and the Athens market.

Kevin has been a valued team member with Stadium People for 13 months.

Kevin enjoys the opportunity to build relationships with both our staff and clients while helping create memorable event experiences for every guest. Every event presents a unique challenge, and he truly enjoys the fast-paced environment, problem-solving, and seeing all the moving pieces come together successfully.

Outside of work, Kevin has a background in professional dance and spent many years performing, teaching, and directing rehearsals. The leadership, communication, and adaptability he developed through his performing arts career has translated directly into his career in event management with Stadium People. Over the past year with Stadium People, Kevin has enjoyed growing professionally, building strong partnerships, and helping support some of the largest events in the Atlanta market that we serve.
He looks forward to continuing the growth and contributing to the company's success.

Josh has been a valued team member with Stadium People since December 2025.

Josh enjoys his new role and this industry is that it’s always different every day. Once one event ends, he is already working on preparing for the next one. Every event brings him new and different challenges that keep him learning and growing.

Outside of work, Josh loves to travel! He has travelled to over 30 countries in the world. Josh has spent over a decade working in sports and live entertainment, from traveling around the world with the Ultimate Fighting Championship to managing the conversion team for Super Bowl LVIII at Allegiant Stadium. He has been excited to bring his experience to Stadium People!

Happy Thankful Thursday! Today we are proud to recognize John Swotek our Program Manager at The University of Oklahoma!

John has been a valued team member of Stadium People for almost 11 months and has served our growing Oklahoma region!

John enjoys most about his new role are the people and all the opportunities to meet people around him. He also takes pride in the great responsibility we have on a day-to-day basis.

Outside of work, John loves running and staying active! He ran Division 1 track and cross country at The University of South Dakota. He also loves country music with Nate Smith being his favorite artist.

John also has a master’s degree in Sports Management making Stadium People the perfect fit for him as he begins his career journey in this industry. He continues to set very high goals for himself personally and professionally for his career journey.

Today we are proud to recognize Jeremy Teel, our Senior Program Manager in the Oklahoma region!

Jeremy has been a valued team member of Stadium People for four years and has served our growing Oklahoma region serving Oklahoma State University, Oklahoma University, and Tulsa University and many more clients throughout the region!

Jeremy enjoys the excitement of the Sport and Events industry. Every game brings a new challenge for the teams competing but also to his team and he loves to learn how to handle all situations. This excitement of what the day will bring is what Jeremy enjoys most about his role.

Jeremy grew up a sports fan in Oklahoma. Watching OSU sports on TV and in person as a kid, then graduating from OSU, to now, being in the middle of all sporting events makes it the perfect fit for him professionally, personally, and his personality.

Prior to working at Stadium People, Jeremy was a teacher and coach for over 19 years before making the transition into Event Management. He feels that being in a classroom and/or field learning how to motivate students has prepared him for a slightly different role but yet same opportunity and skill set to motivate the staff to do their absolute best at their jobs at every event.

Today we are proud to recognize Jakob Lopiccolo, our Program Manager at The University of South Carolina!

Jakob has been a valued team member of Stadium People for almost two years and has served our growing Southeast region!

Jakob truly appreciates the magic of live events and how they give people a few hours of an escape from the stress of their daily lives. Seeing the collective effort and hard work that goes into executing these events makes him incredibly proud of everyone involved.

Outside of work, Jakob loves music! He sings in his local choir at church as well as growing up in school his entire life. He also plays guitar and sings in several bands. It’s like having a Rockstar on our corporate team and we are so grateful for all of Jakob's talents he brings to our team. 🎸

Jakob began his career on the venue management side of the industry and has really enjoyed being a part of the security and staffing side here at Stadium People. He is very passionate about the safety of all individuals coming into the stadium and is grateful to all the wonderful staff that he works with and the fans we serve at all of our venues.

Today we would like to recognize Jackson Hoke our newest Program Manager in the North Dallas region! Jackson has worked with Stadium People for the past four months.

Jackson’s favorite part of his role is the opportunity to interact with a wide variety of people, gain behind-the-scenes insights and knowledge into events, and see the results of the team’s hard work come together successfully!

In his free time he enjoys reading and playing golf. Fun fact: This is Jacksons first job out of college and he shares that he feels fortunate to have started his career with such a great organization in an industry that he loves.
