You've restarted on a Monday so many times you've lost count.

Before results show up on the scale, they show up in sessions like this.
The Tuesday when the client didn't feel like coming. The check-in where the scale hadn't moved in two weeks and we adjusted the plan instead of quitting. The week where everything fell apart and he showed up anyway.
That's where it actually happens. Not in a single moment. In the accumulation of consistent sessions with a plan that was built for his life and a coach who's locked in through all of it.
Real training isn't an event. It's a practice.

Most fitness coaches shouldn't be coaching. And it's not about knowledge.
Most coaches know enough to help someone get results. The problem is accountability.
When a coach sells a transformation they haven't personally lived people feel that. Even if they can't name it. It's no longer coach the moment they lower the standard when life gets hard. That's cashing a check.
Here's how I operate: if a client fails, that failure belongs to me as much as it belongs to them. Their results aren't separate from my work. I don't see them as separate.
I'm blunt. I won't sugarcoat what this process takes. But my investment in your success will match yours every single time.

What's a training system? It's the most efficient planning that guarantees success.

For actual workouts it looks like planning ahead.

Writing a workout routine that consists of x days weekly for 8 weeks with a fixed way to make progress. Then taking those days and penciling them into your week. Looking at your calendar, booking a slot, and going when it's time.

That removes all friction. It takes it from having to figure it out to just showing up and executing. That's a system. Minimizing failure and maximizing success while not having to think about it.
