Fierce Fitness, LLC Group fitness training We are a small group personal training studio in the Casa View area in Dallas, TX.

We specialize in full body strength and
conditioning, building stamina, and increased flexability and balance. Our classes
are high energy full body movment workouts using battle ropes, sandbag training,
weights, bands, suspension trainers, slam balls and the old school favorite,
peg boards. We also incorporate natural bodyweight exercises such as squats,
situps, push ups, pull ups, and the d

readed burpee. The workouts are made to be
scaled to each person's individual fitness level so you get out only what you put in.

Every year around this time people always ask "What do I do to get in shape?" I respond "What does your diet look like?" They then respond " No, I mean exercise wise? Lift weights, run, P90x, bodyweight training, Crossfit? ect...Sigh! There is no magic routine, no magic pill, no magic powder. It all comes down to how you fuel your body. The saying is "DIET" and exercise for a reason. Diet is key. Get your diet right and the results will follow. Whenever anyone is ready to start training, send me a message!
