Iron Horse Lacrosse Elite Level Lacrosse in Dallas, Austin and Houston, Texas We know these attributes are what correlate to success in life and success on the field.

Iron Horse is looking for the most dedicated, passionate, courageous, hard working, disciplined and skilled lacrosse players to participate on their fall teams. Iron Horse is in the character building and dream business and for those young people that are part of our club and dedicate themselves fully to becoming the best person and player they can be, our staff will sacrifice, prepare and dedicat

e themselves to helping each of those players achieve their loftiest goals. Many of our members will have dreams to play lacrosse in college at some level. The fall is becoming one of the most critical times of the college recruiting season for recruitable players and must be utilized properly. Thus, Iron Horse will compete in some of the best fall tournaments in order to provide maximum exposure to our club members. It is our belief that the Iron Horse practice and skill session schedule gives each player the ability to prepare for success at these fall recruiting events. By the time of each fall tournament, each player will be in excellent physical condition and ready to perform at their highest level of capability. The Iron Horse practices will be up tempo, skill centric and fun. Iron Horse will develop both individual and team skills during the fall practices in order to put each team and each team member in the best possible position to have success at the fall events. Our players will be students of the game and of life and will learn through action, lecture and film study. We will work together tirelessly in order to secure one another’s success. We will rejoice together when those successes come and we will protect one another during times of adversity. Iron Horse will be a family that rides together for a lifetime. We want you to run with us!

Designed for the advanced player looking to sharpen position-specific skills and get maximum reps.
We’ve broken sessions out by rising grade (Fall 2026) so players can train at the right level:
• Rising 3rd–4th: Offense, Defense, Goalie (2036–2035)
• Rising 5th–8th: Attack, Midfield, Defense, Goalie (2034–2031)
• Rising 9th–12th: Attack, Midfield, Defense, Goalie (2030–2027)
Each player signs up for their specific position within their rising grade.
What to expect:
1-hour positional sessions, capped for a low coach-to-player ratio—so every athlete gets high reps and focused development.

May Madness Champions!

🏆 Big congrats to William N. (2031 Secretariat – DTX) and West K. (2032 Orange – ATX) on winning May Madness 2025! 🏆

William takes the overall + Dallas title with an impressive 46 points!

The Austin race was a nail-biter — West K., Phynnley S., and Austin A. all tied with 40 points and an identical # of Final Four picks. It came down to the final tiebreaker: total goals scored in the championship. West predicted 24 goals — just one off the actual 23 — securing the win!

Each winner will receive a $100 gift card to Team Lax! 🎁

January 4th, 7th, 9th, 11th

Coaches: Colton Hart played for the NLL Albany Firewolves and Panther City LC, Jeremy Winston played for the NLL Halifax Thunderbirds, Nick Arvin was on the U18 USA Box Team

More Information:
First 4 sessions will be box skills and last 4 sessions will be scrimmages. All sessions are 1 hour.
