Soul Dallas roots run deep—I’ve said it in class and I’ll never stop saying it.
Nearly a decade of milestones, celebrations, laughs, tears, and everything in between. This place has shaped me in more ways than I can count, both on and off the bike.
Today was one of those moments that reminds me why I fell in love with it all in the first place—the people, the energy, the shared experience, the heart.
I truly can’t explain what today meant to me.
Soul Dallas has always had my heart and always will.

End of an era…. Words can’t even begin to express all the love and gratitude I have for PRST and the humans that it housed for the past 9 years. 18 photos on a post and a few paragraphs from me doesn’t even scratch the surface on how magical this place was for so many. I said it this am, Soul Dallas, y’all taught me what love truly means. Blessed for all the laughs, memories and tears. Speak it, Believe it, Become it! So much love to everyone xoxo💛

We found inspiration from the strength of Olympians, the magic of SoulCycle, and the athleticism of our community of instructors and riders to ignite a renewed commitment to clipping in. Riding is a personal endeavor, however, the breakthroughs, the bonds, and the celebrations are something we experience together within the studio walls. With this challenge, we unite to tap into strength through the transformative power of community. 📸

Taking a moment to reflect on this morning’s celebration. I can’t even begin to find the words to express all my gratitude and love for this incredible Soul Dallas community that I am fortunate enough to call family.
The magic that was created during both classes today was something that I haven’t experienced in a minute. We have been through so much these past 7.5 years together and I wouldn’t trade a second of it for anything.
Let me say thank you to every beautiful human that showed up today for themselves, each other and me. I’m so beyond blessed to have a sanctuary to come to and know that I can always be 100% authentically myself. Y’all made my birthday so special and reminded me once again of all the good in my life. Cheers to another year of adventures and celebrations. Soul much love! Xoxo
