What it cost me to become me?! Was worth the freedom! I’m loving me, doing me and building a powerful community rooted in healing, authenticity and self love! We ain’t trying to be perfect, we trying to be free and at peace. We’re done living in survival mode, repeating trauma loops and living dysregulated lifestyles!😩

That ain’t it. We healing that s**t! There was a time I was afraid to celebrate pride, now that’s all I want to do. I know somewhere, out there..is someone who is going through that internal battle and so I’m showing up for you because I know it will give you the courage to show up in your truth too!🫂⛓️‍💥

It’s Self love Sunday and let’s have some tea ☕️ time as we dive into Abandonment wounds and how it keeps us from letting go of people or situations who aren’t good for us!😩

I know this wound all too well, and the more I’ve healed it the more I’ve been able to understand the depths of it to liberate myself while learning the art of detachment in powerful ways!

When community comes together, we can’t be stopped! We’re out here helping fire victims impacted by our Dallas Oakcliff community with donations and love! My heart truly goes out! But this is what I do in public or private, it’s me in real life!

Met a lady who is a leasing manager at apartments near by and she wants to help give free housing to victims. Man…🙏🏽

I happen to be in the area this morning and was led right to the and to see how the community is working to help is overwhelming my heart!🥹

I had things in my trunk and just start giving things away! And then I started helping others unload and sort things. This is love in real time! Follow as we’ve partnered with to help amplify relief efforts for those in need!!

Let’s come together! Our Dallas family needs us right now!🙏🏽👊🫡

May is still bringing the showers from April, but the flowers that are blooming are beautiful!🌺🌸🌻

This month I aligned with more of my higher self! As a Scorpio, I’m an alchemist by design so it makes sense to always be in environments and energy that feels good and authentic to my growth!

When things shift, I know I’ve shifted into a new version and that’s the game. Surrender. Detach and then flow freely! Life is always working for us not against us!

We’re getting ready for our 2nd Annual Legacy Brunch here in Dallas, Texas. Last year set the tone…👏🏾

I’ll be delivering a keynote on “Building Legacy from Within. I could talk about awards and recognition, but the greatest win for me has been seeing myself move in purpose, heal my s**t, move in love, and go after everything that was already mine and then build a community that’s doing the same.

Presence matters. Visibility matters. How we show up for ourselves and for each other matters.

You’ll also hear from the executive team as we have real conversations about leadership, wealth building, collaboration and healing while navigating this world as masculine-of-center q***r leaders.

And listen… this isn’t just a brunch. It’s a whole MGB weekend activation!

Friday through Sunday, March 20th through the 22nd, we’ve got a full MGB weekend planned for the Fem and Masc community. We’ll be announcing everything soon, but just know it’s intentional, it’s curated, and it’s rooted in community and care.

We’re here to heal our collective. We’re here to raise the bar. We’re here to be visible. Because when we heal together, we can build anything together.
