Easy way to measure progression from workout to workout:

1) Choose a good compound movement to start each workout!

2) Track weight/reps on the 1st working set of that movement (when muscles are freshest)

3) Done

*even if the rest of your workout sucks, if you beat your previous reps/weight even slightly. “Progression has occurred and muscle building stimulus has been applied👌

Then you repeat this mindset every workout…forever!

Simple!

Fixed the seat on the Naughtilus 2ST Shoulder Press in the back room! 👌

Made a few adjustments that should keep it working. (This one has become a FAVORITE of our members, so if it keeps malfunctioning I’ll find new replacement parts.)

🚨Attention Members🚨

Tomorrow Wednesday, May 20th the front windows of the Cherryville gym are being replaced!

The gym will be OPEN, however, the cardio machines at the window will be unavailable for portions of the day as they work to replace the windows!

This is expected to a single day project!
