A year and a half ago, God gave me a vision concerning helping others with their health. The key to living a healthy lifestyle isn't only based off of being physically fit, but more importantly being spiritually & mentally fit. As long as those two components come first, then the physical part will come with it. With that being said, I'm excited about how the Father is going to lead me to be a helping hand.

Good morning🌄 sometimes when we come across something that demands that we get out of comfort zone we get scared and say "maybe this isn't for me." But what if it is? What if the very thing you're afraid to do is the very thing God is using to stretch and take you to a higher level. You don't grow when you're comfortable, and a lot of times it takes prayer to be courages. The things God calls us to do can be intimidating sometimes, but the amazing thing about having a relationship with Him, He empowers you by His Spirit to do all those things! Don't allow fear of what's on the other side of your comfort zone to allow you to settle for the life that's not meant for you! Be encouraged and take a leap of faith today!
