I haven't heard of anyone going into yoga to do it like this 😂

But if one were to spend the time to learn to do something as demanding as this, worry-free and fully in the zone, manoeuvring through life becomes just a little easier…

Learning to be okay with discomfort is what we see, the headstand is a bonus 😜
