If you’ve been here a while, you likely already know this gem of a human from our Drill Sergeant team . . . but now Tricia is officially stepping up to the mic and into the 💚✨
A Dallas girl born and raised, Tricia is bringing the heat { literally — her playlist will have you sweating }, the good energy, and the kind of music knowledge that could win any trivia night without even trying 🎵
When she’s not at SESSION, you can find her volunteering with teen girls through the RESET program at Jonathan’s Place, painting, drawing, or making something beautiful out of whatever she can get her hands on 🎨

Everyone say hello to . . . she’s bringing main character energy to the mic and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome her!
A Dallas native through and through, Shirley is bringing sharp energy, serious vibes, and an Usher-approved playlist to the reformer. And before she found her way to SESSION? She was gliding – Shirley grew up figure skating ⛸️ { yes, really } so trust that her form and her footwork are already immaculate.
