🚨 Your kid doesn’t need more miles… they need more fuel.
I hear this all the time from athletes and parents:
“Coach says they just need better endurance.”
But here’s the truth 👇
Most young athletes aren’t under-conditioned…
They’re under-fueled.
🏃♂️ More running on an empty tank =
• Low energy
• Poor recovery
• Slower performance
• Higher injury risk
🍽️ Food is fuel.
When athletes eat enough—and eat right—endurance, speed, and focus take care of themselves.
If your kid looks gassed early, it might not be their lungs…
It might be their plate.
