Here is a Back and Bi routine you can follow. The first exercise is called Seal Rows if you have never tried these you need too! This exercise really fires up the Rear Delts, Trapezius and Lats.

I love doing Low Cable Chest Flys. It's a great way to get a different pectoral activation.

Make sure you not going to high so the front delts take over. Remember put the mind in the muscle so you are activating the correct muscles.
